Faithful Readers: Hello. Just started the "Eat Well, Live Well" program w/ Wegman's. (As a Team Leader!) What this means is: I wear a pedometer and aim for at least 10,000 steps a day & eat at least 5 cups of fruits & vegetables.
Sunday- (Day 1) 20,484 steps 1.5 cups (Bloody Mary)
Monday- (Day 2) I ate a small watermelon and two oranges. Walked something like 10,000 steps... lost the pedometer. Will check under treehouse tomorrow. I've already dropped it four times- once in a 1988 Z28.
